jamie under the ingredients list on this soup it says to (click here to discover a great way to mince onions) it wont let me click anywhere near that always looking for more tips on making my life easier when cooking, btw ty for doing some healthy foods, have been on a diet for the last 6 months have lost 20 lbs but im SICK of eating salads and more salads ty again for your wonderful site! *HUGS*

I am not a zucchini fan, but my sister thinks it’s the food of the gods. I’ll send this along to her, and I’m sure it will be made today. Maybe I’ll try it with eggplant. (Grant’s standing behind me going “Ohhh!”)

Oh, Yum! It sounds and looks fantastic! I will have to try this is I can get some nice looking zucchini…our garden stopped producing them and the ones in the stores are already sad looking. Otherwise, I may have to wait until next year!
