Why did I not think to combine two of my absolutely favourite things?!!!!

We have just moved to a farm that has a HUGE bush row of bushes of raspberries adn last year I could not find enough recipes to use them all so we kindly gave some away too . But so look froward to trying this recipe this year !

I made this yesterday and it is sooo good! I enjoy making the regular Tiramisu, but I, myself, am not a fan of it. I like fruit cakes and this… oh, this just became my favourite dessert. Love the lemon touch to it.
