 I made this last night, with a few minor changes; didn&#039;t have chicken broth so used vegi, deglazed with part cider, part vermouth, and cooked to 155 degrees.  Today, I am the Queen of everything cuz of this delishious dish!  My husband loved the braised fennel even though he thought it was onions.  Clean plates all around!  Thanks.  I read your blog everyday and love your fresh and original approach.  Please keep it coming.
