My sister is a chef and would highly approve of the "presentation" of your meal.

Preston loved the pasta on top. It was much cleaner too! He kept thinking that he had a dunking dinner. My hubby didn't really say too much about it, other than what's the occasion, I didn't say anything and he was nervous all dinner wondering what he forgot. I eventually told him that he missed nothing, other than him and Preston being special, but it was funny until then. Thanks!

Very cool, my kids appreciate the extra special touches, even if they aren't crazy about the food! I've just started reading your blog and love your ideas. I mentioned you on my blog, too. Happy Wednesday!

My kids will eat pasta just not "the RED!!!". Oh the horror. Where did all the kids go who love spaghetti? They aren't in my home. Cool idea for serving.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who has a child who won't eat pasta. This recipe sounds fabulous though. Thanks!

So....what was their reaction? Do they typically not like it on top? Or is it more to satisfy your hope to make it more "special"? Just curious! :)
