Sorry for not commenting back sooner, but Jen T, that is SO cool that you dyed the brown eggs. I’ve always wanted to try that.

And Cheryl, my camera is a Canon Rebel Xsi, and the lens I used that day was just the little 50mm f/1.8.

I so miss Shannon too! I remember thinking the same things you did when I met her. She’s wonderful and I count myself blessed to have met with her and to be her friend. The boys are adorable! Fantastic job with the pictures!

I have chickens, and I agree that holding them is not my favorite part. Eating their frest eggs is! My kids are in charge of them, so they get to hold them. For Easter we dyed their brown eggs, and they turned out so pretty! Beautiful pictures Jaime!
