My mother in law makes fabulous ginger cookies too – but I cannot wait to give these a whirl with the molasses!!! Mmm – I think I may just use my Kamut Khorasan Wheat flour too which I think would make these really “POP” thanks for sharing this with all of us!

Jaime, these look delicious. I love Martha’s Chewy Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies too. What do you think of adding orange zest to that recipe? Would it be yummy with the chocolate or too overpowering I wonder.
