Just finished making these! They are delicious!! So quick and easy to make! I lined my pan with foil instead of parchment paper and the fudge kind of stuck to it even after being in the freezer for two hours... so stick to the parchment paper! I'm glad I stumbled across your recipe through a google search :)

Jaime. This fudge was divooooon. I fought the kids for it. Absolutely delectable.

Not to mention the shortbread.

The rugelach.

The pound cake.

The little Christmas tree cookies.

Oh. My. Gosh.

It was a very merry Christmas, indeed, when your precious plate of goodies arrived. THANK you for sharing the recipes. They are all my new favorites!

This is what I did for the white hot chocolate:
Melt a few tablespoons of white chocolate chips in the microwave. Brush the melted chocolate on the rims of the mugs you will be using, and dip in crushed candy canes.
On low heat, simmer 3 cups of milk and 1 cup of cream. Whisk in 1 cup of chopped white chocolate (or white chocolate chips) and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Drop in a few drops of peppermint oil, too, if desired. Serve with a candy cane stirrer.

Thanks for sharing such great recipes all year. You (help) make us look like good cooks! ha.
